Kid’s ARt Idea

3.19.2012

I was flipping through the pages of my West Elm catalog over the weekend and saw the most adorable novelty Easter plates.  I immediately thought “how cute would these be hanging in a kid’s room!”

West Elm

My nursery is already designed, but hopefully one of you can use these in your child’s room or even a bathroom.  They are on sale right now for $6 a piece.  You can’t beat that.

And it would be even more adorable if you bought some of these hanging vases from cb2, hung them mixed in with the plates and filled them with jelly beans.

Happy Monday y’all!

p.s. – if any of you happen to do this please send me pictures.

  2. Help your children make these charming and sharp artworks utilizing the cardboard tubes from paper towels and bathroom tissue rolls. Cut the cardstock into 1 extensive strips until the point that you have enough to cover the edges of the 12-inch and 9-inch rounds. You have a couple of potential outcomes to include an improving edge: Use an edge punch (as appeared), cut a scalloped trim utilizing pinking shears on one side, or utilize a bit of strip. Connect to the circles with glue spots.
