after a long 4 weeks of waiting, my channel-back chairs have finally returned from their spa day! they got a major facelift, and they look more lovely than ever. not only did i have them reupholstered but i also had rusted springs replaced and the cushions wrapped with down. the down-wrapped cushions made all the difference in the world in the way they sit.
if you didn’t see my previous post, let me show you the girls before their facelift,
and a closer view.
they aren’t in their permanent location yet. they’ll be moving once we get rid of some of our old furniture.
i’ll leave you with a side-by-side view so you can really see the difference.
WOW! They look fabulous!! I love the fabric that you chose for them. It's perfect. The orange pillows are a lot of fun too.
ReplyDeleteIf it's not a trade secret who did the upholstery? Looks like they did fine job. And the chairs still look grown-up and quite ready to properly seat a few more generations.
ReplyDeleteI have this amazing lady who does my upholstering. She only works with designers though. -c
